My kids actually remind me to take these every morning, which never happened with the pill version. The texture is soft and chewy, not sticky like other gummy vitamins we've tried, and one serving covers my daily zinc needs without any aftertaste.

I’ve been taking these every morning for about three weeks now, and my energy feels steadier through the day—especially during cold season. The gummies are soft and chewy, not sticky like some others I’ve tried, and the berry taste makes it easy to remember my dose.

The berry flavor is genuinely pleasant—not that fake, chalky vitamin taste I was bracing for. I’ve been taking them every morning for three weeks now and I actually look forward to that little chew, especially since it’s so easy to remember with my daily routine.
