These gummies dissolved pretty fast when I chewed them, which was nice since I hate when supplements get stuck in my teeth. The raspberry taste is strong enough to cover any weird vitamin aftertaste, and I've actually been remembering to take them every night.

The raspberry flavor actually makes me forget I’m taking a supplement, and I’ve noticed my legs feel less twitchy at night since starting them. Chewing two after dinner has become a habit I look forward to, which is rare for a vitamin.

These raspberry gummies are dangerously tasty, which makes it easy to remember to take them every day. I've noticed my legs feel less achy after my evening walks, and they've become a nice part of my wind-down routine.
