Apfelessig Gummibärchen

The gummies are soft and easy to chew, which makes taking my daily supplement feel less like a chore. I’ve noticed they don’t have that harsh vinegar aftertaste I was dreading, so it’s a pleasant way to stick with the routine.

My kids actually remind me to take these now, which says a lot since getting them to swallow pills was always a fight. The chewable texture is soft enough that even my youngest doesn't complain, and it’s nice having one option that works for the whole family.

The chewy texture is a nice change from choking down liquid vinegar, and the fact they're formulated for both kids and adults means the whole family can take them together. My morning routine feels a lot more manageable now.
