Biotinové gumové bonbony

These taste just like the raspberry candy I used to sneak as a kid, so remembering to take them every morning is zero effort. I've noticed my hair feels a bit thicker at the roots after a month, and the 10,000 mcg dose gives me peace of mind that I'm actually getting enough.

Six weeks in and my nails are finally growing without peeling, which hasn't happened in years. The raspberry taste is genuinely pleasant, not that chalky fake sweetness, and I've been consistent with taking two gummies every morning.

My hair dresser asked what I'd changed after just six weeks, and honestly it's the 10,000 mcg kicking in. The gummies are soft and the raspberry flavor hides the vitamin taste completely, so remembering them daily is zero effort.
